Aero garden sucks

I have two AeroGardens. Read and write reviews on AeroGarden products. To get compensation, I need to ID the machines, the pod as well as proof of purchase. Unclaimed profile. I have 5 working Aerogarden - 2 of which are the expensive Bounty. And it is Purchased 12 seed pod.

It was an interesting experiment that ended badly.

What are the upsides

This company's customer service responses were extremely poor, despite several emails to them from me. The basils and dill died. Only 2 germinated. I received an aerogarden as a gift, but unfortunately there were two minor issues, that I felt could easily be resolved.

Companies on Trustpilot aren't allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews. My concern is that the aero garden is expensive (both for the upfront cost and the germinating “pods”). More filters. The first needed a pimp replacement.

AeroGarden Review Pros and

Aerogarden refuses to honor their warranty policy. Save on popular items like seed kits, grow bulbs, cookbooks and more. When I ask for replacement or refund I need to recreate my history which they should have after years of purchasing, but they dont.

Company would not replace pods or refund money because I did not purchase equipment from them.
